We are delighted to be working with Watling JCB on their all new ‘book service online’ platform. Watling JCB Limited is one of the largest JCB sole franchises in the world. They specialise in selling new and used JCB machinery into the Construction and Industrial industries and then aim to provide those machines with the finest level of product support available in the world today. Watling JCB was formed in 1976 and is now owned and run by the Managing Director Richard Telfer with the assistance of the Financial Director Jason King.
The Company has grown a reputation in the marketplace for being a dynamic, professional and reliable organisation, which works together with you to make sure you get the very best out of your JCB machine and its attachments. Watling JCB runs from five fully equipped offices, stores and workshop facilities, the Head Office is based in Leicester and other depots at Peterborough, Kidlington, Wymondham & Leighton Buzzard.
This website was the first in the construction industry to allow their customers to book a machine service online. This allowed Watling JCB to provide an automated servicer, rather than numerous phone calls and explanations over the phone.
They noticed a huge increase in website views and got a large number of bookings almost immediately of the website launching. We will continue to work alongside Watling JCB as their digital partner, providing innovative digital strategies and solutions to ultimately speed up processes and provide their customers with transparent information and booking at the click of a button.
